Lead and mentor the testing team to improve automation coverage and overall test effectivenessDefine, implement, and maintain test strategies, plans, and processes for various projectsOversee and execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testingCollaborate with development, business, and operations teams to ensure quality requirements are metIdentify, track, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolutionContinuously assess and enhance test automation frameworks and toolsEnsure compliance with banking industry standards and regulatory requirementsProvide regular status updates and quality metrics to stakeholders
