Principal responsibilities

Working within the FCCC Team to design, deploy, and maintain scalable, highly available, and secure monitoring platform using industry best practices.Create and manage RESTful APIs to support various application functionalities. Work on integration third-party APIs and services to enhance application capabilities.Performs sustainable continuous improvement, identify and remove organizational barriers affecting the team, processes and products owned.Manage the team and technically guide your teammates.Use Confluence to detail technical designs, user manual, release notes of owned products.Use JIRA to provide progress updates on development work.Effectively work with diverse and widely distributed teams.Advise others on technology solution and explain designs to technical and non-technical audiences.Provide prompt technical support to internal users, including debugging data issues and helping with application usage.Ensure appropriate communication and release documentation is issued to our customers and stakeholders on new product deliveries.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement system automation and configuration management solutions.Communicating with various global Business IT teams.
