Principal responsibilities

Provide level 2 support to the applicationPerform trouble shooting, problem investigation of the applicationWorks with development team to develop a fix to the applicationProduce MI statistic to senior stakeholders to ensure full transparency of the issue for taking necessary action to remediate problemPerform quick identification of issue, working close with Product support team to resolve business enquiry.Strong knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform (Powerapps, Dataverse, Power BI) is preferred Knowledge in workflow, commercial banking is preferred.
