Principal responsibilities

Accountable for Leading the testers to proceed the corresponding test activites in CIB wholesale GPS CBCC;Support a testing team with a global array of talents and responsibilities to manage delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies and communications;Communicate with different stakeholders on testing team plan/supply and reporting progress and risk.Carry out detailed requirements analysis on project scope, test strategy selection and automation execution plan.Work with test members on sprint/release regression test with high automation coverage.Innovate usage and performance of existent automation code.Coordinate with different role stakeholders and drive for issues resolution.Foresee, Identify potential risks and monitor mitigation plan execution in project testing.Provide consultant to test teams on process and work efficiency optimisation.Hold knowledge share activities and keep uplift test team capability.
