Principal responsibilities

Development and Customization:

Design, develop, and customize VisionPLUS modules such as CMS (Card Management System), FAS (Financial Authorization System), TRAMS (Transaction Management System), and ASM (Account Services Management).Implement enhancements and new functionalities based on business requirements.

System Support and Maintenance:

Provide Level 2/3 support for VisionPLUS applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and issues.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot errors in SIT, UAT, and production environments.

Integration and Testing:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VisionPLUS with other systems.Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) for VisionPLUS changes.

Documentation:

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, design documents, and user guides.

Compliance and Security:

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security protocols in all VisionPLUS implementations.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
