We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer role to work on the Testing Automation Engineering for both the IT backend and front end system development work. The role will work on client communication domain in GPBWealth Digital Servicing to drive new stragegic client communication platform- Alerts and Notifications delivery.

The team in XiAn is responsible for both the development and maintenance of AN with big data volume and online analytic capability. We are hiring an Automation Testing Engineer to lead the design and execution of automated test frameworks for our web/Mobile /Java applications . You will accelerate release cycles, eusure product reliability, and champion automation best practices accross 2 functional teams.

Key Responsibilites :

Framework Developement:
• Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks (eg,. Selenium WebDriver with Java)
• Automate functional, regression, API and end-to end tests

CI/CD Integration:
• Integrate automation tests into Jenkis/GitHub Actions piplelines
• Monitor test executions, analyze failures, and ensure rapid feedback.

Quality Advocacy:
• Collaborate with developers in good testing practices
• Define metrics for test coverage, defect leakage, and automation ROI.

Innovation Optimization:
• Research and implement new tools/technologies for Testing Automation
• Share testimg automation domain knowledge including skillsets and automation strategies to full team develpment engineers.

Defect Management:
• Log, track and prioritize bugs using JIRA.
• Validate fixes and esure regression suite stability.

Support the Alerts and Notificaitons platform in production and ensure prod issues are resolved in a timely manner to maintain production stability. This will involve close collaboration with the global team
