Principal responsibilities

Work with Hong Kong product managers maintain the supply/demand planning to ensure the execution feasibility.Work as part of Card engineering team with responsibility for CTB (Change the bank) project delivery or ongoing RTB support areas.Collaborate with Hong Kong/Guangzhou credit card domain SME to understand feedback for the established development best practice design/development principles.Work with Credit cards solution architects/SME to review end-to-end technical design to ensure the design quality.Lead engineers/developers to work on project delivery including the development deployment with good quality on schedule.Review/Ensure the technical design/code structure is technically coherent and future proof and compliance with technology standards and regulatory obligations.Identify any issues that may arise to delivery risk, formulate preventive actions or corrective measures and timely escalate major project risks issues to senior management.Provide professional consultancy/support immediately for application teams’ queries/requests including the resource estimation.Familiar with workflow automation experience preferred and full stack resources e.g with experience on Java or python, VUE3, c/c .Provide support to regular FF to maintain the stable system services.
