Principal responsibilities

Develop and implement IT solutions to meet business users' requirementsConduct system tests, user acceptance tests and provide support on system implementationProven experience in Change Management, Release and Environment ManagementResponsible for the ongoing support of non-production, maintenance and governance of environments and their interfaces with other Group Systems. Ensure that environments remain robust and healthy and continues to be fully supportive of businessGood knowledge of IT hardware, software, operations, and networks , Support Batch runs for ongoing projects. Investigate jobs in errorAbility to priorities work to successfully deliver service to agreed levels in a diverse and constantly changing technical environmentEffectively coordinate delivery of services involving elements delivered by other internal/external teamsStrong customer focus , Have an excellent knowledge of the project lifecycle and new ways of working (Agile Methodologies)Good communication and interpersonal skills , Should be able to work independently with minimum supportCapacity to think beyond boundaries, open to new ideas, Flexible to work in shift, hybrid working
