Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldAt least 6 years of experience in software testing, with a minimum of 2 years in a lead roleProven experience in test automation and improving automation coverageStrong knowledge of test strategy definition, planning, and executionExperience with performance testing tools and methodologiesSolid understanding of banking or financial services domainExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial industryISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus
