We are seeking a talented individual to join our Learning and Development team at Mercer China. This role will be based in Shenzhen Office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

Enlarge and renew the client database through proactive selling, focused on the sales of public workshop, e-Learning and learning project.Develop key accounts comprehensively, exhibit strong discipline on managing personal pipeline and ensuring that the pipeline remains fresh and relevant.Effectively partner with AM & Sales to achieve the sales target.Make SC marketing plan, initiate promotion policy and organize marketing activities for assigned learning products/solutions.Build and manage relationships with external partners for channel sales opportunities, including industry associations, HR clubs and etc.Business operation excellence and service excellence, especially for SC public workshop management and online project operation.Intern management and coaching.

What you need to have: 

Successful experience in product or project marketing and operation.Strong communication and influential skills when liaising with different category of potential clients/internal stakeholders.Strong client development and management skill.Good learning agility.Knowledge on Human Resource Management.

What makes you stand out?

Three or more years of learning product or solution sales experience, training industry experience required.Successful B2B sales experience.
