**Job Summary**
As an KloudGin Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for executing configurations and customizations based on business requirements under the direction of the Solution Architect. This role requires hands-on involvement in designing, implementing, and maintaining software configurations to align with business process designs and application specifications
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop high-quality, maintainable configurations and code within the KloudGin platform based on defined customer requirements
+ Perform software testing and ensure customer-specific configurations meet business needs.
+ Debug customer issues and deliver robust, efficient solutions for complex functional and technical problems.
+ Work closely with cross-functional BV & KloudGin teams including Product, DevOps, and Functional Solution SMEs; maintain daily collaboration with onshore and offshore colleagues; and take full ownership of assigned deliverables.
+ Develop programs and scripts to build user-friendly interfaces and enhanced functionalities.
+ Assist in diagnosing performance issues, troubleshooting integrations, and resolving offline/online data handling challenges.
+ Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, product upgrades, and emerging technologies to continually enhance system capabilities and client value.

**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 6+ years of hands-on technical expertise and experience in Java/J2EE.
+ Experience implementing one or more of the EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) & FSM (Field Service Management) solutions:
+ EAM - IBM Maximo, Oracle Work & Asset Management (WAM), Oracle WACS
+ FSM - ClickSoftware, ServiceNow FSM, Salesforce SFS, IFS, or KloudGin.
+ Practical experience configuring custom objects, layouts, reports, dashboards, and workflow rules.
+ Bachelor's degree (B.Tech, B.E.) in Computer Science or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
**Note** : Immediate Joinees are preferred
**Minimum Qualifications**
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience. 4+ years experience in a business/consulting environment. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
