**Job Description:** + Strong Incentive Compensation domain knowledge. + Experience in mentoring and leading technical team. + Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to gain a working understanding of business requirements and operational processes. + Develop/Enhance compensation solutions using Varicent for various incentive plans. + Strong hands-on Experience in Varicent Version 10. + Create and implement elegantly coded and effectively tuned solutions that enable high performance and ease of maintenance. + Optimize queries and reports utilized within the platform. + Create and troubleshoot Presenter and Presenter Adaptive reports.  + Good hands-on experience on Workflow and Webforms.  + Support the investigation and troubleshooting of complex business issues. Core Competencies: + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills + Strong knowledge in RDBMS concepts and hands-on on SQL queries + Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and business teams + Knowledge of mathematical calculations to summarize and aggregate large volumes of data.
