The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Consultant with strong technical skills and prior experience in one or more areas of non-life insurance portfolio management—such as actuarial portfolio diagnostics, business steering, reporting and analytics, accumulation control, or capital management.
You may have a background in consulting or have worked closely with business teams in a strategic or technical capacity. What’s essential is your ability to think strategically, engage effectively with stakeholders, and thrive in a collaborative, interdisciplinary, and international environment.

Your Responsibilities
Understand client needs and design tailored, data-driven solutions using advanced methodologiesDeliver exceptional outcomes on client engagements; manage workstreams independently and lead smaller projects autonomouslySupport client discussions with senior stakeholders and contribute to business cases, RFPs, and proposal developmentCollaborate across global Deal Teams with diverse skill sets and backgroundsEnsure a superior client experience through quality execution and deliveryTrack project milestones and support overall project managementBuild a strong professional presence through expertise and performance
Your Profile
Tertiary education (BSc, MSc, PhD) in mathematics, statistics, actuarial sciences, or related fields; or professional qualification from a recognized Actuarial AssociationExperience in primary insurance with exposure to strategy, operations, PPCU, or insurance technologyHands-on expertise in one or more aspects of non-life portfolio management, such as business steering, reporting, accumulation control, pricing, or actuarial diagnosticsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a client-focused mindsetHigh level of ownership, accountability, and a proactive, self-starting attitudeExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholdersFluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish or French are advantageousWillingness to travel and engage in international assignments as needed
