Role Description:

As a Consultant II at UST HealthProof, you will work closely with stakeholders across all levels—from senior executives to operational teams—to drive strategic business outcomes using structured consulting practices. You’ll lead or support business transformation initiatives, manage HealthRules Payor configuration activities, oversee delivery teams, and help develop future leaders. You will also contribute to practice development and product selection, ensuring process efficiency and exceptional client engagement.

Responsibilities: Strategic Consulting & Transformation

Lead consulting projects to support client business goals.

Define business problems, recommend solutions, and deliver measurable value.

Conduct assessments of business processes, IT environments, and change readiness.

Apply business architecture frameworks and methodologies.

Map strategic goals to functional metrics, processes, data, and capabilities.

Project & Delivery Oversight

Lead or manage teams in HealthRules Payor configuration (Benefits, Pricing, Claims, Finance).

Oversee incident management, requirements gathering, unit testing, and offshore coordination.

Monitor ticket inventory, ensure timely resolution, and manage SLAs.

Maintain configuration playbook and establish desk-level procedures.

Practice Development & KM

Identify internal process improvement areas and reusable assets.

Contribute to knowledge sharing through training and documentation.

Track trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.

Client Engagement & Product Evaluation

Assist in onboarding new customers, defining workflows, and training teams.

Guide product feature discussions and selection in collaboration with vendors.

Provide thought leadership and advisory in implementation strategies.

Mandatory Skills:

Minimum 4 years of experience in HealthRules Payor configuration

Expertise in at least 4 modules (Benefits, Pricing, Claims, Finance)

Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication

SCRUM Master and Agile tools (JIRA)

Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and delivery management

Experience in offshore-onshore delivery model

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio

Good to Have Skills:

Experience with business architecture methodologies (e.g., BPM, Value Stream Mapping)

Knowledge of competitive COTS product landscape

Familiarity with pricing/licensing models

Exposure to automation tools and advanced technology platforms

Technical documentation & knowledge management contributions (blogs, whitepapers)
