**What you will do in this role**

**Compensation Program Management:**
+ Analyze and implement comprehensive compensation initiatives, including job evaluations, salary administration, and both short- and long-term incentive programs.
**Data Analysis and Reporting:**
+ Gather, maintain, and analyze compensation data to support effective management decisions.
+ Prepare compensation assessment files and create clear visuals to communicate insights to stakeholders.
**Stakeholder Partnership:**
+ Collaborate with the Sales & Account Management team and B2B leadership key business partners to design, build, and run implement innovative and proactive compensation solutions aligned with organizational strategies.
+ Engage with the PSBP team on projects that enhance efficiency and standardization of job framework and architecture.
**Job Evaluation and Market Pricing:**
+ Conduct job evaluations, perform market pricing analyses, and complete ad-hoc compensation studies as needed.
+ Execute merit, incentive, and other cyclical compensation programs, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and policies.
**Program Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:**
+ Review existing compensation programs while evaluating trends, legislative changes, and technology advancements to provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
+ Assist in global or local compensation surveys and routine data cleanup to ensure accuracy and relevance of information.
**Sales Compensation Focus:**
+ Support efforts to integrate S&AM Sales Compensation analytics with broader compensation frameworks.
+ Partner with Sales Operations to understand and learn plan structures, providing data support for Web Development to review salary data for incumbents on compensation plan administration.
**Continual Support and Project Involvement:**
+ Provide recurring support for key tasks such as merit and Compensation Increase Projects, and assist with broader Global Total Rewards enhancements—focused on systems enhancement, testing, and training support.

Concentrix is a great match if you:
+ 4+ Years of Experience.
+ High level of expertise in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
+ Demonstrated ability to think critically and analytically in problem-solving scenarios.
+ Prior experience in compensation analysis and familiarity with compensation survey providers is preferred.
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
+ Experience with Workday and Salesforce preferred.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates.
