AccountabilitiesDevelop custom SPFx web parts, extensions, and applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScriptDesign and implement end-to-end solutions using Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual AgentsIntegrate SharePoint Online and On-Premises solutions with Microsoft 365 and external systemsWork closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and implement best-in-class UI/UXEnsure optimal performance, security, and scalability of all developed solutionsBuild reusable components and libraries for future useCreate technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user guidesMaintain and support existing SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, resolving issues and improving efficiencyConduct code reviews and follow Agile development practicesStay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and bring innovation into the development processEssential Skills/Experience4-8 years of total IT experience in Microsoft technologies4+ years of hands-on development experience with SPFx and the Power PlatformProficiency in React, Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScriptExpertise in developing Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards, Power Automate Desktop, and CopilotExperience with REST APIs, PnP JS, and SharePoint Framework integrationsStrong knowledge of SharePoint Online and On-Premises architecturesExperience in scripting and automation using PowerShell

- Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure AD) - Good to have
