Consultant - Full Chain Optimization & Transformation

Responsibilities:

I. Full-Chain Diagnostic Business Overview

• Conduct regular in-depth field research and data collection at the R&D design end, supply chain end, procurement end, sales end, and construction site operation end.

• Identify process redundancy, resource misallocation, and efficiency bottlenecks in each link, and form the "Full-Chain Operation Diagnosis Report".

II. In-Depth Analysis

• Combine industry benchmarking data with corporate strategic goals to conduct multidimensional attribution analysis on the diagnosed issues.

• Quantify the impact weight of each link on core indicators and output the "Full-Chain Operation Issue Priority Matrix" to clarify the entry points for optimization.

III. Optimization Plan Formulation

• Optimize the R&D end, supply chain, procurement, and construction site operations, and integrate cross-departmental requirements to formulate the "Full-Chain Optimization Implementation Plan" that includes target indicators, implementation paths, and resource budgets.

IV. Driving Change Implementation

• Take the lead in convening the change initiation meeting to clarify the responsibilities and collaboration mechanisms of each department, and work with the management committee to drive the change.

V. Progress Monitoring and Adjustment

• For identified issues, work with the management committee to hold cross-departmental communication and discussion meetings to promote and monitor the implementation of optimization measures.

VI. Achieving Results and Accumulation

• Work with the management committee and relevant departments to achieve results.

Requirements:

⚫ Proven track record in conducting comprehensive business process analysis and optimization projects across multiple departments.

⚫ Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving change initiatives through successful implementation.

⚫ Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to conduct in-depth research and data collection from various sources.

⚫ Strong problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to identify process redundancies, resource misallocations, and efficiency bottlenecks.

⚫ Experience in working with management committees to drive the implementation of optimization measures and monitor progress.

⚫ Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of business process optimization and change management
