We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation SME to lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions across our organization. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable automation frameworks and tools

Identify and evaluate automation opportunities across business processes

Collaborate with engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate automation across systems

Serve as the go-to expert for automation best practices, tools, and technologies

Conduct training and mentoring sessions for internal teams on automation strategies

Monitor and optimize automation performance and reliability

Document automation processes and maintain knowledge repositories

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Experience in automation engineering or related roles

Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Shell)

Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Jenkins, Ansible)

Strong understanding of DevOps and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Experience with AI/ML-driven automation

Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Certifications in automation tools or cloud platforms

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
