General:
Functional / Technical Skill:
12 years of Experience in implementation of ECC Payroll for Australia Certified Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Certified in EC and knowledge in EC Implementation experience with SAP ECC Payroll or S/4 HANA Payroll SAP Time Management experience will be an added advantage Implementation experience with SuccessFactors ECP module (at least 1 implementation project). Work with client success teams to translate customer/business needs into technical procedures Understand optimization opportunities based on product roadmap, business challenges and innovation options Experience of SAP SuccessFactors and HR processes across one (or more) areas below: Core HR (Organizational Management / Personnel Administration) Mini-master / Replication / Data Migration Worked in the Point to point Data Replication EC to ECP Payroll (On-premise, S4, ECP)(Australia) gross-to-net payroll; legal changes and localization, including country-specific reporting; tax forms, tax models and tax compliance at a country and local level; advances and deductions; Superannuation retroactive calculations; payroll simulations; check printing; alerts for data errors or inconsistencies; data privacy and protection; payroll auditing; integration with finance systems for general ledger posting, time and attendance systems, pension providers and benefits providers; evaluation of time data for generating compensation data; unions and collective bargaining agreements; garnishments; analytics and KPIs; employee self-service; and mobile access through the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile application.Experience of one (or more) technical areas:
Should have the ability to understand integration strategies, integration of HR with other functions, write technical specifications, write code, perform code reviews. Data conversion experience preferred. Support the development of existing integration points and define the strategy for future integration solutions On-premise technologies: HR ABAP (Forms, Enhancements, Interfaces, Exits, Function Modules, Payroll Operations/Functions, Data Replication, etc.) PI/PO Fiori/UI5 Cloud technologies: Cloud Platform Integration (Integration Suite) Cloud Platform (Extension Suite) Dell Boomi MuleSoft API Management AI/Client, Conversation AI, RPA SAP Work Zone (or similar products)Experience in hyperscale is preferred (GCP, AWS, Azure services)
