Job Summary
The Business Specialist in D365 F&SCM Finance plays a pivotal role in driving business workshops and guiding the implementation of financial solutions tailored to client needs. This position requires a blend of advanced financial expertise and strategic leadership, ensuring that business requirements are effectively captured and translated into functional specifications. The Business Specialist will lead a team of analysts, fostering collaboration and delivering high-quality results that align with organizational objectives. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Business Workshops To Gather And Analyze Business Requirements Using D365 F&Scm Finance Solutions, Ensuring Alignment With Client Expectations.
2. Review And Validate Functional Specification Documents For Completeness And Proper Storage, Facilitating Effective Communication And Documentation Practices.
3. Conduct Walkthrough Sessions To Align Functional Specifications With Business Requirements, Providing Recommendations On Design Solutions That Enhance Process Efficiency.
4. Evaluate Test Cases Against Functional Requirements To Ensure Accuracy And Comprehensive Coverage, Contributing To A Robust Testing Phase.
5. Manage And Mentor A Team Of Business Analysts, Fostering Skill Development And Ensuring The Delivery Of High-Quality Insights And Solutions.
