As the Consultant, Strategic Advisory, you will collaborate with automotive clients from various geographies to understand their strategic goals and challenges related to human experience design.

You will facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights, define project scopes, and develop individualized solution blueprints.

You will develop comprehensive change management strategies for enhancing human experience in automotive design and technology and analyze market trends and consumer behavior to advise clients on innovative design solutions.

You will partner with Account Directors to identify client business objectives and recommend appropriate strategies.

You will lead the design and implementation of human-centered experiences in automotive products and services, applying human-centered design, performance improvement, and systems thinking.

You will utilize design thinking methodologies to prototype and test solutions that improve user interaction and satisfaction. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to align strategic objectives and ensure cohesive execution.

You will develop Governance Models for clients to manage their initiatives on an ongoing basis. You will conduct research on emerging technologies and design trends within the automotive industry and identify opportunities for innovation.

You will provide thought leadership to clients and keep abreast of industry and sector trends.

You will prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions.

You will work with Research and Analytics teams to develop KPIs, measurement baselines, and qualitative and quantitative measurement strategies.

You will collaborate with colleagues in Communications, Creative, Events, Research, Analytics, and Digital practices to design and execute holistic strategies and solutions.

You will provide leadership and direction to colleagues working on client projects, ensuring the client remains at the center of all we do.

You will offer mentorship to team members and colleagues. Your background includes proven experience in change management and designing meaningful experiences for customers and employees, particularly within the automotive industry.

 

About you:

You have a Bachelor's degree in business, organizational psychology, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).

You possess English and Spanish language skills at a C2 level minimum.

You are passionate about working with clients, understanding their needs, and developing solutions that exceed their expectations.

You have a desire and ability to travel as needed.

You are an analytical thinker with the ability to leverage data and insights to design and execute strategy and solutions.

You have a strong customer-centric mindset, driven by a passion for delivering outstanding customer and employee experiences.

You possess excellent change management expertise in designing and implementing tailored solutions across learning and development, customer experience, service design, and culture change.

You are proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and platforms like AI tools, Miro, Beekast, Canva, Powtoons, and Premiere.
