Consultant Santa Fe, New Mexico **Onsite** Contract $26.53/hr - $30.31/hr Our client is looking for a Consultant for a 2-month contract in Rio Rancho, NM 87124 Our client is a multibillion-dollar company that provides end-to-end managed services, technology, and consulting to enable the digital workplace for small to enterprise businesses. Join their team to be part of delivering individualized experiences to a diverse range of clients in a collaborative and productive workplace environment. Contract Duration: 2 Months Required Skills & Experience + Level of experience as a former supervisor or Lead capacity. + Excellent leadership skills. + Able to interact with professionalism and with all levels of Leadership. + Ability to train, multitask, and supervise others in a respectful and positive manner; demonstrate all other aspects of leadership qualities. + Able to develop a good rapport and working relationship with the Client. + Able to process new information and learn very quickly. + Able to work independently and as an engaged team member. + 5+ years **of** technical experience **.** + Lead or previous supervisory experience + **A** ble to lift up to 35 lbs. solo. + May be required to walk/sit/stand/crawl/kneel for extended periods. + **E** xcellent customer service skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills. + **K** nowledge of **the** Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel **,** and Word primarily), Windows 8 **,** and Windows 10. + Technical certifications **are** a plus **,** especially **the** A+ certification. What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities + Providing lead support for OR ITSC and backfill support for the PCLD lead. + Providing backfill support for the ITSC team, assisting with ITSC tasks during high volume periods hands-on. + Acting as a co-point of contact with the site supervisor and Client manager. + Serving as the point of contact for process escalations, advanced troubleshooting, and other day-to-day issues from ITSC techs. + Attending leadership meetings with the Client and the company. + Leading weekly team meeting and presenting, and/or taking notes. + Updating Scrumban dashboards and ensuring the team complies with Scrumban initiatives and efforts. + Performing monthly inventories and regular spot checks of ITSC stockrooms. + Assist, along with other Leads, in monitoring workload to ensure the team is properly staffed. + Assist with hands-on training of new hires. + Ensuring required trainings are completed in a timely manner and updating the training tracker. + Sending recognition to team members when they exceed their performance expectations. + Providing coaching to team members and/or escalating to RM when performance needs improvement.
