Consultant – Sales Support (Presource)
**_Job Summary_** Presource® Implementation Management is responsible for planning, organizing and leading new and lost business implementation for surgical kitting operations. Manages project plans, resources, and commitments to the customer. Monitors and tracks the progress of implementations. Partners with sales and the customer early in the process to develop implementation project plans. Works with management and peers to develop consistent methodologies based on best practices for efficiently implementing solutions. Works with all customer groups across the country supporting Presource® packs distributed by Cardinal and external distributors. **_Responsibilities_** + Collaborates with others and builds strategic alliances; negotiates to build broad-based support and/or persuades others to influence important outcomes. + Ensures that customers have a positive experience. Meet or exceed customer expectations. + Hold customers responsible for commitment. + Create and maintain SOP's. + Manage high volume of data files and communicate with internal and external customers. + Collaborate with and present to senior leadership. + Use strategic and innovative thinking to solve complex projects and provide suggestions, guidance and/or solutions. + Work independently to identify problematic trends and determine the best sources of data for pinpointing the problem; effectively lead the coordination and resolution of those issues. + Various reporting and ad-hoc analysis in addition to special projects. + Responsible for meeting individual and team targets. **_Qualifications_** + Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred + 4+ years of related experience in planning preferred. + Proficient in Microsoft office (Strong Excel and Outlook skills). + Experience in SAP/ECC and IBM highly preferred. + Analytical and data modeling experience preferred. + Demonstrates working knowledge of universally accepted inventory management concepts and applicable SOPs. + Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. + Travel Expectations: <10% **Anticipated salary range:** $79,700 - $102,420 **Bonus eligible:** No **Benefits:** Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being. + Medical, dental and vision coverage + Paid time off plan + Health savings account (HSA) + 401k savings plan + Access to wages before pay day with myFlexPay + Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) + Short- and long-term disability coverage + Work-Life resources + Paid parental leave + Healthy lifestyle programs **Application window anticipated to close:** 6/14/25 *if interested in opportunity, please submit application as soon as possible.
