What Transformation Management Office contributes to Cardinal Health
Transformation enables the organization to drive complex and transformational programs through disciplined project/program management and change management strategies.

Transformation Management Office is responsible for the design, build, project planning, prioritization and implementation of function-wide transformation programs. This job family will maintain transformation roadmaps and ensure visibility and accountability for commitments and deliverables. The Transformation Management Office designs and delivers business analysis and process optimization over Shared Services and Partner information, optimizing and enabling people, process, and systems. This job family is the liaison for Cardinal strategic initiatives associated with M&A activity, IT engagements and audit/control risk.

Job Summary

The Consultant, Transformation - Record-to-Report (RTR) will serve as a key contributor to the global transformation of financial processes, with a focus on optimizing and standardizing the RTR function. This role will support strategic initiatives, lead complex analysis, and partner across finance, technology, and business teams to drive innovation, automation, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of financial processes, systems, and transformation methodologies, and will be comfortable operating in a dynamic, global environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute improvement initiatives across functional silos, business units, and geographic boundaries to ensure outcomes (financial, quality, risk and compliance)

Lead workstreams within finance transformation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment

Act as a change management champion to explain, communicate, influence, and drive initiatives

Understand end-to-end processes and interconnectivity across the RTR tower scope

Execute process improvements identified through GPO Manager-led value stream mapping sessions, ensuring alignment with transformation goals and operational efficiency

Identify and assist in resolution of process related themes across the tower. 

Maintain and evolve global process documentation, controls, and training materials

Monitor and track Genpact’s service delivery metrics for RTR processes and proposes plans to address identified gaps

Manage Genpact’s Performance Log process and Governance document repository

Qualifications

4-8 years of experience in related field preferred

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred

Strong understanding of Record-to-Report processes including journal entries, reconciliations, close activities, and reporting preferred

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Experience in global transformation programs or finance process redesign preferred

Familiarity with automation tools and process improvement methodologies preferred

Location: The ideal candidate for this role will be located in the Eastern or Central time zones

Anticipated salary range: $79,700 - $113,800
