Job DescriptionTo take demand from Personal and Prestige banking customers for any banking matters ranging from product questions to customer account activities as well as any other service requests. Form an accurate assessment and understanding of the demands in order to act on it in a one-and-done manner that consistently delivers what matters to the customer within product, segment and legislative (e.g., FAIS) parameters.
QualificationsCompleted MatricFinance/Commerce qualification which is FAIS accreditedNQF 5 RE5Experience
5-7 years - Previous experience in the Banking and Sales experience in the relevant industry. Knowledge of Consumer products required for understanding the context of stated client demands. Knowledge of the procedures and the interdependencies of the various functions performed in Branch. Sales and service experience. Dealing with clients on the field and generating leads.
