Major Duties Performed (Main Functions)

Design, conduct and deliver research studies independently, with minimal support and guidance from project leader in an efficient mannerManage the process of proposal preparation and/or modifications including overall bid integrity.Draft all research materials, manage and monitor overall project execution to ensure timely delivery.Able to perform quantitative or qualitative analysis to generate actionable solutions to address client’s business issues.Ask relevant questions and raises issues and conflicts appropriately and in a timely fashion to the project team.Work diligently to deliver high quality outputs for external and internal clientsDeliver projects with total revenue at USD 300~500K per year, as a key team member with supports from project leaderUnderstands team goals, adheres to team norms and supports team decisionsKeep effective performance & well EQ management under pressureHelp develop the capability of junior team members on project management and preparation of all research materials via on-the-job coachingSet clear expectations to junior staff toward project objectivesProvide timely and constructive feedbacks to help junior staff improve performance and develop skillsAchieve client satisfaction scores for 30% of completed projects: 4.2 out of 5
