ERM is seeking an Oracle Consultant to join our growing team in Adelaide or Melbourne, Australia. The ideal candidate will support Oracle projects by assisting with system implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting. They will work collaboratively with senior team members and clients to deliver efficient and reliable Oracle solutions. Key objectives include contributing to system optimization, ensuring smooth operation, and continuously developing expertise in Oracle technologies. Success will be measured by effective task execution, responsiveness to client needs, and adherence to project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Consulting
Assist in the implementation and configuration of Oracle solutions under the guidance of senior consultants
Provide support in system troubleshooting and performance optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and contribute to solution design
Stay updated on emerging Oracle trends and technologies
Deliver quality work aligned with project and organizational goals
Client Support
Respond to client support questions and requests via phone or email
Assist in providing technical guidance and troubleshooting solutions
Document support interactions and contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts
Risk & Compliance
Comply with relevant firm and industry legislation and incorporate into practices and processes as needed
Report identified risks, breaches, and compliance concerns
Follow WH&S legislation, adhering to safety instructions, procedures, and reporting workplace hazards or incidents
Skills:
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with support from senior consultants
Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Required Qualifications:
Must have Australian Citizenship
Bachelor's degree in a related field
2+ years of experience in Oracle EBS or Fusion Cloud
Experience in at least one full life cycle implementation of Financial, SCM, or Manufacturing modules preferred
Basic understanding of Oracle SCM, Financial, or Manufacturing processes
Willingness to obtain Oracle certification(s)
Technical Expertise (SQL, PL/SQL, Report building, BPM or EBS Workflow) are a plus
Willingness to travel for interstate/overseas assignments as needed
