Escalate the security events to the next level of the security consultant with preliminary investigation based on the impact and urgency. • Monitor the IT infrastructure and applications globally according to Standard Operation Procedure. • Responsible for the first initial contact with the IT vendors. • Help to optimize the existing monitoring tools and security operations playbooks, responsible for maintaining the procedures and documentation. • Solve specific reoccurring tasks according to instructions. **What We're Looking For** • Bachelor’s degree, Computer or English relevant major. • Preferably 1 or 2 years of experience with IT. • Systematic and with good analytical skills. • Good English skills, both written and spoken. • Flexible and quickly adapt with the new tasks. • Structure thinking and good communication skills • Be able to work in shifts.
