The Consultant, Process for Master Data Management (MDM) is responsible for the end-to-end design, optimization, and standardization of MDM processes across the organization. This role ensures that MDM processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business needs, working closely with regional process owners, IT teams, and key stakeholders. While the Master Data Governance team is responsible for governance policies, the Consultant, Process ensures that processes adhere to governance standards and are effectively executed across regions.

What you’ll do as a Consultant:

Process Ownership & Standardization: Own the global design, execution, and improvement of MDM processes. Drive standardization across regions and business units, ensuring consistency and efficiency. Align global standards with local needs through close collaboration with regional teams. Monitor KPIs and SLAs to identify improvement areas.

Process Optimization & Automation: Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and automation of MDM operations. Work with IT to implement automated workflows and AI validation. Optimize tools and systems to support smooth and scalable processes. Drive process redesign to enhance data quality and user experience.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management: Serve as MDM process expert, aligning with business requirements and governance standards. Manage stakeholder relationships and lead change management for process updates. Support cross-functional projects impacting MDM.

Training & Knowledge Management: Maintain clear documentation (SOPs, workflows) and deliver training to regional teams. Ensure teams have the tools and knowledge needed for consistent and effective MDM execution.

What we are looking for:

Experience in process analysis, design and re-design, participation in large project management will be considered an advantage

Еxperience in Master data governance on a similar position

Fluency in English

Strong planning, organization, time management, and multitasking abilities, with a focus on effective prioritization.

Ability to lead, motivate, influence, and drive others to results. Ability to motivate colleagues to peak performance and establish credibility with key decision makers

Ability to think abstractly and take calculated risks to improve business processes and performance.

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business or related field

Proficient skill level of Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio and MS Project management tools.
