Poszukujemy dynamicznego i proaktywnego Konsultanta/ki do naszego działu Powierzchni Handlowych. Idealny/a kandydat/ka będzie odgrywać kluczową rolę we wspieraniu liderów projektów, identyfikowaniu najlepszych lokalizacji handlowych oraz przyczynianiu się do wdrażania strategii rozwoju marek na polskim rynku.

Kluczowe obowiązki:

Wyszukiwanie lokalizacji przy głównych ulicach handlowych, zgodnych z oczekiwaniami i wymaganiami klientów Wspieranie liderów projektów w opracowywaniu i realizacji strategii ekspansji marek Wsparcie w negocjacjach warunków finansowych umów najmu Przygotowywanie i prezentowanie kompleksowych prezentacji i materiałów dla klientów Prowadzenie ukierunkowanych kampanii cold calling i e-mailowych Dostarczanie informacji o trendach rynkowych i wskazówek w trakcie procesu najmu Przyczynianie się do pozyskiwania nowych klientów Rozwijanie i wzmacnianie relacji z klientami Aktywne monitorowanie i raportowanie trendów i zmian na rynku

Wymagane kwalifikacje i umiejętności:

Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego i polskiego Pasja, zaangażowanie i odpowiedzialność Znajomość rynku nieruchomości komercyjnych, szczególnie powierzchni handlowych Umiejętność budowania relacji z klientami i dostosowywania oferty do ich potrzebZdolność szybkiego uczenia się i adaptacji w dynamicznym środowiskuDoskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne, organizacyjne i negocjacyjneProaktywne podejście, myślenie analityczne i umiejętność pracy pod presją
