ERM is seeking a Data & Integration Consultant to join our growing team in Adelaide or Melbourne, Australia. The ideal candidate will be tasked with ensuring smooth integration of systems and technologies within the organisation. Objectives include developing integration strategies aligned with business goals, collaborating with teams to design and implement solutions, and managing project delivery to optimise workflows and enhance operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Consulting
Develop and execute integration strategies to ensure seamless integration of systems, processes, and technologies within the organisation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration needs and design solutions that meet business requirements and objectives
Manage integration projects from initiation to completion, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource requirements
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates on project progress, and ensure alignment with business goals
Oversee the technical implementation of integration solutions, including configuration, testing, and deployment
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of integrated systems
Business Development/Leadership/Strategy
Define and execute strategies for expanding the integration services business, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their integration needs and driving business growth through upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion
Provide expertise on integration solutions to potential clients, supporting sales efforts through presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development
Provide leadership and guidance to the integration team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture focused on delivering exceptional client service and results
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize integration processes, tools, and methodologies, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction
Client Support
Respond to client support questions and requests via phone or email where necessary
Provide technical guidance
Risk & Compliance
Comply with relevant firm and industry legislation and incorporate into practices and processes as relevant
Report all identified risks, breaches
Comply with relevant OH&S legislation, adhering to reasonable instructions, work procedures and practices to maintain the health and safety of the team

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
2+ years of experience in integration project management, with expertise in system integration methodologies and technologies (such as Oracle Integration Cloud and Mulesoft)
Strong technical background, with proficiency in integration platforms, APIs, and data formats
Familiarity with agile and DevOps methodologies is desirable
