Onboarding of new clients
Provide subject matter expertise around performance methodologies, data conversion and the Fund Manager platform to clients and internal teamsAct as a point of contact and build relationships with external investment managers, internal partners across the Implementation team as well as Client & Data Solutions, in-house technology & product development partners, and senior management during the implementation processProvide support within the data conversion workstream of new client onboardings. This includes guidance and training of more junior resources within the teamLiaise with team members and the broader Client Implementation group on issues, best practices and planningParticipate in regular internal meetings providing status reporting, due diligence and issue resolutionCoordinate and perform system configuration and testing as needed Help identify and communicate bespoke client requests and requirements and work with internal business and IT partners to addressWork closely with teams across the organization to ensure operational readinessAssist in developing implementation methodology standards, procedures and templatesOn an ongoing basis, collaborate with teams across the business to ensure onboarding process is up to date and effectiveEnsure all escalations are identified and communicated to management appropriatelyRequired Knowledge & Skills

Salary Range:
$66,700 - 113,300 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
