Description One of TEKsystems largest financial service clients is looking for a resource to provide support within their BCM department and provide guidance on the company's business continuity plans, and to strengthen operational resilience. They will support the business impact analysis as well as BCM/DR initiatives. -Conduct a gap analysis on the company's business impact analysis to strengthen operational resilience -Demonstrate experience in business continuity management and understanding of operational resilience -Be familiar with regulatory expectations, particularly in the financial services industry -Work closely with the company's partners and consultants to modify and refine the business continuity management strategy -Provide leadership, coordination, and project management to ensure the successful implementation of the BCM framework -Collaborate across the organization to understand and address business continuity requirements -Possess a strong in business continuity management, with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions Skills business continuity, BCM, BCP, Disaster, disaster recovery Top Skills Details business continuity, BCM, BCP, Disaster, disaster recovery Additional Skills & Qualifications -Strong program management or project management skills to lead the implementation of the new BCM framework -Ability to work closely with partners across the bank and external consultants Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $90.00/hr.
