We specialize in major ERP systems like Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Workday, and others, addressing challenges such as resistance to change, training gaps, and change fatigue.
Our expert consultants craft tailored strategies, including communication plans, training programs, leadership alignment, and ongoing support, to ensure smooth ERP transitions. As a Consultant working in the Organizational Change Management area of the Advisory Services team, you will…
+ Provide quality client delivery to our Advisory clients.
+ Support client delivery by assisting in OCM workstreams.
+ Contribute to stakeholder assessments and organizational readiness activities.
+ Help conduct impact analyses and identify key stakeholder groups.
+ Assist in developing communication materials, training programs, and adoption tools.
+ Learn and apply structured change management methodologies under the guidance of senior team members.
+ Document requirements and support the design and delivery of training and communications.
+ Collaborate with clients and project teams to support successful ERP and business process transitions.

**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
+ 2–4 years of relevant professional experience, including exposure to change management, organizational readiness, communications, or training.
+ At least 1 year of consulting experience with involvement in 1 full lifecycle ERP implementation preferred.
+ Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Workday.
+ Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently as well as in team settings.
+ Willingness to learn quickly and take on new challenges.
+ Ability to travel up to 50%.
**Preferred**
+ Experience in consulting services or professional services environment.
+ Exposure to communications or training development.
The estimated base salary for this job is $100,000 - $125,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the **total estimated compensation range for this job is $112,000 to $147,500** **.** The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
