The Construction Work Planner is located in Pickering and typically reports directly to the CWP Supervisor. The Construction Work Planner is responsible for understanding, walking down and creating planned work orders in the work management system for the purpose of project implementation activities for various contracts.

Completion of Grade 12 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or College Technical Diploma in related discipline, or Apprenticeship training, or other related industrial educationWORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
8 years related experience with projects Experience in planning related discipline work packages Experience in managing people and processes Experience in electrical, mechanical and civil packagesSKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a variety of people in a professional manner Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer Literacy; MS Office, Work Planning or Work Management software toolsFlexible team player with the ability to function independently while working in a team environment Knowledge of applicable laws, government regulation and documentation requirements to the roleWORK PERKS & BENEFITS
