Job Summary

\n

CC ensuring that client’s needs are met as the project evolves; is responsible for the selection and completion of repair projects, taking care of work teams, and managing the site’s tool and construction material budgets. Require prior knowledge of the technical skills for this position. You must however, display excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills. Will be expected to work in a team setting, lead large and small groups, and model DHL values. Supervision of the process, administrative work.

Tasks:

\n\nDevelop relationships with business partner, and evaluate viable business options.\nGenerates a timely follow-up and notifies project management.\nEvaluate, select and schedule repair projects. \nMonitor tool and spends to stay on budget. \nPayment Order Tracking/evaluates costs of all construction contractor supplies. \nCarefully record each receipt into Project Manager (budget, tracking program) \nDevelop process that helps a continuous improvement and innovation.\nVisit work teams to which you are assigned at least one time in a week. \nHelp work teams maintain a positive attitude and appropriate work environment. \nCommunicate with Construction Staff about construction team status.\nConduct daily construction team meetings. \nFollow the construction manual’s standard plans and guidelines for all projects.\nProgressive use of different digitalization tools (project tracking).\n

Skills & Qualifications:

\n\nRelevant University Degree e.g. in Engineering, Architecture or Real Estate related field\nBilingual: English/ local language as needed\n2-5 years of relevant Construction/ Corporate Real Estate experience\nSoftware: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PPT, Project, Visio, etc.)\n\n
