What You'll Be Doing

Supervise construction site employees in a Highway/Interstate environment.Oversee proper implementation of safety procedures.Assist with the planning and scheduling of work to meet project needs.Manage and optimize the operations at the site to include planning, personnel, equipment, quality, costs and maintenance.Communicate and coordinate with Construction Manager to ensure work load is scheduled and performed to meet the needs of the project.Performs other related job duties as assigned.

What Are We Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalency and prior relevant job experience .Valid/Clean Driver's License is required.Working knowledge of regulations and regulatory agencies, such as OSHA, EPA, and zoning law.Understanding of the capability and proper utilization of blueprints, machinery, and equipment used in heavy/highway construction.Must be familiar with local PA area.

Work Environment

Rotating Shift Work. Starting nights, 6pm -6am, then moving to shift rotationFast-paced and dynamic highway construction sites.Collaborative team environment with a focus on safety and quality.Opportunities for professional growth and development.
