Responsibilities:
Create detailed and accurate construction specification documents outlining all project requirements.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to gather and incorporate relevant design and technical information.
Ensure specifications comply with applicable laws, building codes, industry standards, and institutional guidelines.
Participate in QA/QC reviews and perform quality checks on construction documents.
Research products, materials, and construction methodologies to maintain technical accuracy and performance standards.
Maintain specification templates and contribute to the development of firm-wide standards
Review submittals and assist with construction administration as it relates to technical compliance
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Proficiency in specification software
Excellent writing, editing and communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
