Bunge is developing a new biomass boiler facility in Martfű, Hungary, and we are looking for an experienced Construction Site Project Manager to oversee the construction and commissioning phase of the project on a full-time basis. This is a key leadership position involving the supervision of all aspects of the construction phase—from contractor coordination to quality control.

Main Responsibilities:
Monitor and control project execution. Adhere to the project budget and schedule. Promote a culture of safety on the construction site. Collaborate with the EPCM company and the contractors. Coordinate on-site personnel and subcontractors. Enforce quality assurance protocols. Identify and manage the risks. Prepare regular progress reports for the General Project Manager and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (other engineering disciplines such as Mechanical Engineering are also acceptable). Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or project management, preferably in energy or industrial projects. Proficiency in project/scheduling software (MS Project). Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hungarian and English (REQUIRED). Strong leadership skills. PMP or equivalent certification, as well as relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 30), are advantageous.
