This role is pivotal in overseeing construction and data operations across North America and internationally, ensuring the performance and availability of mission-critical infrastructure.
Job Benefits: Permanent position Competitive salary between $140,000 and $180,000 Comprehensive benefits package Dynamic and collaborative team environment International travel opportunities Responsibilities of the Construction site manager – Data Center: Supervise on-site construction and data center operations, ensuring adherence to industry standards and internal policies Install, configure, and maintain servers, network infrastructure, and storage systems Monitor environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and power to safeguard equipment and ensure uptime Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, and IT teams to guarantee seamless project delivery Provide technical support and manage infrastructure for internal and external clients Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA/ASP construction safety regulations Report on project progress, operational performance, and identify potential risks Travel frequently to data center sites in North America, Europe, and Israel Lead, train, and mentor on-site teams to execute tasks efficiently and safely Plan and allocate both human and material resources for successful project execution Promote a collaborative team culture focused on motivation, engagement, and excellence Resolve conflicts on-site and foster a positive, productive working environment Qualifications for the Construction site manager – Data Center position: Minimum 5 years of experience in data center operations, IT infrastructure, or construction site supervision Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and IT systems related to data centers Experience managing cooling systems, power distribution, and redundancy strategies Knowledge of networking, server installations, and storage systems Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with IEEE, CBC, RBQ, and OSHA/ASP safety standards Willingness and ability to travel frequently to international project sites Interested in the Construction site manager – Data Center position?
