Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.** **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** + Conduct regular site inspections to identify unsafe conditions, practices, or equipment. + Assist in the development and implementation of site-specific safety plans. + Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies. + Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions. + Maintain safety records, including inspection reports, training logs, and incident documentation. + Provide safety orientation and ongoing training to workers and subcontractors. + Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety gear. + Support emergency response planning and drills. + Collaborate with site supervisors and project managers to promote a safe work environment. Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks. **To succeed in this role, you will need:** + High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in occupational safety, construction management, or a related field preferred. + OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification preferred. + First Aid/CPR certification preferred. + 1–3 years of experience in construction safety or a related role. + Knowledge of OSHA standards, safety regulations, and construction site operations. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
