Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Safety Manager to join our team onsite in Boynton. This role involves overseeing and improving production methods and ensuring high product quality and efficiency. The position offers a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, with all necessary personal protective equipment and monitors provided.
ResponsibilitiesImplement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems to detect production issues.Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff while resolving personal grievances.Set and monitor product standards to ensure high-quality finished products.Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.Essential SkillsStrong verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques.Understanding of machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance.Familiarity with design techniques and principles involved in producing precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.5-7 years of relevant experience.People skills and construction safety knowledge.Attention to detail and previous data center experience are considered advantageous.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $69.00 - $79.00/hr.
