Our client, the Global Leader in Technology is seeking a Construction Safety Manager 4 to join their team. **Job Title:** Construction Safety Manager 4 **Location:** Cheyenne, WY - Onsite **Type:** 18 Month Contract **Summary:** The primary responsibility of the Supervisor/Manager – Production is to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of production and operating staff. This role ensures that production goals are met efficiently, safely, and with high-quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** + Supervise production teams and coordinate activities to meet production targets. + Implement strategies to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment efficiency, product quality, and overall workflow. + Monitor operations and collaborate with technical and administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues. + Develop and maintain production tracking and quality control systems to identify and address inefficiencies or defects. + Hire, train, evaluate, and manage staff performance; handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions. + Establish and enforce product standards to ensure high-quality output. + Prepare and maintain detailed production reports and personnel records. **Skills & Competencies:** + Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. + Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities. + Self-motivated with effective time management skills. + Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control practices. + Familiarity with manufacturing machinery, tools, their use, maintenance, and repair. + Understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and design techniques related to precision manufacturing. **Education & Experience:** + High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business, Manufacturing, or related field preferred. + 8–10 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
