Construction Project Scheduler
Job Title: Scheduler

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. The role involves completing detailed calculations to verify system design meets code and standard requirements, participating in pre/post project design meetings, and attending customer/site coordination meetings. The Scheduler will develop bills of materials to facilitate construction, support Project Managers to maintain or improve project margins, and manage the development, maintenance, and monitoring of construction CPM Schedules.

ResponsibilitiesVerify system design meets code and standard requirements through detailed calculations.Participate in pre/post project design meetings and attend customer/site coordination meetings.Develop bills of materials to facilitate construction.Provide support to Project Managers to maintain or improve project margins.Develop, maintain, and monitor construction CPM Schedules.Review project documents and specifications to develop baseline schedules including all required dates, activities, and milestones.Perform progress schedule updates, including comprehensive reporting and narratives.Manage resources and report accordingly.Essential SkillsExperience with Primavera P6Proficiency in Primavera, Bluebeam, Excel, Navisworks, and CAD5+ years of experience in schedulingAdditional Skills & QualificationsAssociate or Bachelor's degree in construction management, mechanical, or draftingPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $58.00/hr.
