Construction Project Mangager
Job Description The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires close collaboration with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes. Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and cost targets. Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and resolving issues promptly. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and progress reports. Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards. (Google site specific) Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans. Facilitate project meetings with internal teams and stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. Skills and Requirements 2-4 years of experience in project management in the construction industry Experience with documentation within construction projects (progress reports, change orders, etc.) Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Excel Strong organizational ability Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
