Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Summary
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee industrial installation projects across multiple sites. This role focuses on on-site construction oversight, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence in a heavy industrial environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong QA/QC expertise, proactive problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset to drive successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the on-site lead for construction activities across multiple industrial locations
Conduct QA/QC inspections, documentation reviews, and ensure compliance with project specifications
Perform regular site walkthroughs to monitor progress and verify installation standards
Maintain quality documentation including submittal logs, inspection reports, and close-out packages
Interface with subcontractors, superintendents, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain timelines
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance throughout all phases of installation
Provide daily and weekly updates on project status, including risks and schedule impacts
Qualifications
Required:
5+ years of experience in construction project management or QA/QC oversight in industrial or power plant settings
Strong understanding of construction quality control standards and documentation practices
Excellent site inspection and observational skills
Proficiency in managing QA/QC documentation and corrective action processes
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
Preferred:
Certifications such as QA/QC, USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors, CCM, PMP, OSHA
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
Familiarity with industrial installation environments and safety protocols

Pay Details: $60.00 to $75.86 per hour
