Construction Project Manager
Jones Strategic Initiatives Project Manager Location: Remote opportunity but preference given to candidates in the Dallas/Ft Worth and surrounding areas Job Description: A Jones Strategic Initiative’s Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing projects with varying scopes to include refreshes, minor remodels and multi-site rollouts. Success is measured by your ability to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, they meet required quality and implementation standards and ultimately result in continued partnership with our clients. Duties and Expectations: + Provide insight and feedback regarding project design that may impact implementation plan and/or pricing. + Provide project objectives, develop and implement project schedules, determine performance metrics and select team for optimal execution of specific scopes. + Coordinate and optimize various aspects of the project process from planning to implementation and close-out while managing resources, vendor partners, equipment and multiple stakeholders. + Coordinate and manage multiple crews at one time along with materials logistics. + Lead project planning, budgeting and resource alignment that achieves the financial goals of the project. + Provide internal financial reporting in the required format and cadence. + Review and provide detailed, on-going client-facing reporting, customized to the client’s preference. + Develop and manage project team, including assigning individual responsibilities + This is a client-facing role, ongoing client engagement to include daily calls, meetings (virtual and in-person) are required. + Utilize provided technologies to manage project progression and financials. This includes providing project revenue and cost projections. + Maintain safety standards and adhere to regulations throughout the project lifecycle. + Represent the organization in a professional and courteous manner to external stakeholders. + Work effectively and with professionalism in a fast-paced environment. + Bring an unparalleled sense of urgency to all projects and client interactions. Travel: + Up to 25%, Nationwide Qualifications: + Proven experience in managing multiple crews/teams at once. + 5+ years of experience in brick and mortar, multi-site project management preferred. + Demonstrated ability to execute with exceptional coordination capabilities and a high level of attention to detail. + Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and other stakeholders is required. + Experience resolving conflict in the field and with customers. + Experience working with national account retail, restaurant and commercial real estate clients is highly desirable. + Familiarity with project management software and systems is highly desirable.
