Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development of construction documents with architects and engineers, manage project bidding processes, and coordinate project RFI's. Additionally, the Project Manager will support subcontractor submittals, ensure preconstruction documentation and permits are in place, and collaborate with the project management team to establish project timelines and schedules. This role requires diligent management of project documentation, including contracts and change orders, and the ability to monitor project progress and address any emerging issues.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in the construction document development of plans with architects and engineers.Coordinate the bidding process for projects.Organize and manage RFI's.Assist with submittals from subcontractors.Oversee preconstruction execution of subcontractor's documentation, permits, compliance, state approvals, and building permits.Collaborate with project management team to develop project timelines and schedules.Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and other related materials.Monitor project progress and identify any issues or challenges.Provide regular updates to clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams.Essential SkillsProficiency in construction management and commercial construction.Experience with change orders and RFI's.Familiarity with construction documents.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociates degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.3+ years' experience in construction project management.Experience with RFI's, submittals, and construction documents.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
