Role Overview
We are seeking a senior -level Construction Management (CM) Area Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Southern California. This high-impact role offers significant visibility and influence over regional operations, client relationships, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
+ Leadership & Team Development
+ Guide and mentor a multidisciplinary team of Construction Managers, Resident Engineers, and Inspectors across multiple project sites.
+ Project Oversight
+ Manage delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects (>$15M), ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks.
+ Operational & Financial Management
+ Oversee P&L for regional CM operations, driving efficiency and profitability.
+ Client Engagement & Business Development
+ Cultivate long-term client partnerships and support strategic growth initiatives.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration
+ Align construction execution with broader company goals through coordination with internal departments.
+ Compliance & Safety
+ Enforce rigorous safety protocols and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, contracting guidelines).
+ Strategic Planning
+ Contribute to proposal development and market expansion strategies.

Qualifications
+ 10+ years of construction management experience, including 5+ years managing projects exceeding $15M.
+ High school diploma required; advanced education or certifications preferred.
+ Proficiency in Primavera P6, Bentley PWCM (EADOC), and industry-standard construction practices.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $170000.00 - $220000.00/yr.
