What You Bring + 10+ years of construction management experience, including 5+ years leading projects valued at $15M or more. + Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols (OSHA), and contract administration. + Proficiency in project management tools like Primavera P6 and Bentley PWCM (EADOC). + A high school diploma is required; a degree in engineering or construction management is preferred. + Certifications such as PE, CCM, or PMP are a plus.
